Everybody loved Cheburashka




If you go on Youtube, and type in Крокодил Гена, you will see many films about him and his friend Crocodile Called Gena.

Here is another portable recorder from that era, the TC-770, a very impressive machine. Due to its weight it is housed in a suitcase, no shoulder strap. But it is a real pro machine, with different formats, features like scrape filter and speeds up to 15ips.

Also impressive is the fact that back in 1969 that machine sold for $750, which after the inflation would make it about $5,200 in today's money.

The one in the picture is on its way to me.
