And, to help tackle both vertical and horizontal room m.des sim.ltaneously, one of four subs is raised 1/3 of the way up off the floor while another one of the four is raised 2/3 of the way up off the floor. The end result (using NHT C-3 standm.unt m.in speakers) in m. setup is exceptionally sm.oth bass in a wide and tall listening window.
The walls and ceiling have finally "disappeared"... Yippee !
