Children have to touch the tweeter, even big children can't resist along with unsupervised adults.
That one also was also assaulted by a drunken woman and knocked over into a glass table. Neither the speaker or the glass would have been saved by the grill.
The impact of the grill would have been adversely affected as well had there been one.
