Any conventional-box speaker, regardless of whether it uses a coaxial driver or not, would not be considered a point-source. In the literal sense.
A speaker like the LS50 becomes highly directional as you go up in frequency. That is definitely 'not' the radiation characteristic of a point-source loudspeaker.
