RE: How much "toe-in" do you use in your speaker setup ?

It is a more complex issue than just imaging. Many speakers have a rising treble which can only be mitigated by ensuring that the listening position is off axis ( that usually means minimal or no toe-in). So there is a trade off which will depend upon your preferences, other equipment in the audio chain and the room.

In general the more toe-in then the deeper the image but with a negative result that it becomes narrower. Another trade off.

I highly recommend the first Chesky test disc. This provides recordings of a a number of clearly defined image locations which your equipment ( mainly by speaker positioning and toe-in) should achieve. Easy to find out when you have it right. Get the test result right and all that you play subsequently will also be correct in this respect.
