First it is a USA designed and manufactured product. Second the founder of Phase Tech patented and created the soft dome tweeter. I have and still own two of the speakers in the Teatro line of speakers and have auditioned a few of the PC line. As far as I am concerned, I love both lines of speakers but the PC series has a little more heft in the bottom end and are a little darker sound coloration in comparison to the Teatro line. The cabinets though on the PC line are FAR superior to the Teatro line so there is literally NO comparison there. If you are interested in the PC 1.5's, the link has a YouTube review of the speakers that might provide some more insight into that particular speaker. Bottom line, I think they make a great product, whether or not you like the sound in your system would be the test...
