tried them stacked as per Harry Pearson vs IMF Studios for a friend looking at them. Much preferred the IMFs. The tried single Advents. They imaged better, were better defined, more transparent and better bass relative to doubles that had too much bass. Doubling adds to bass but less adding as frequencies go up changing octave to octave balance. And doubling also creates interference affects, comb, filtering in the response. Harry liked it. I didn't.
