The power handling is really low for complete speakers, unless they are computer speakers or something else meant for the very near field. Given their power ratings and sensitivity, these would be limited to low to moderate volume levels assuming conventional placement in a small room.
It would be safer to use a low power amplifier, something that's not likely to exceed the maximum input on a peak. But I also think you would want to get the most out of these speakers modest limits. So a good range to look in is between 10W and 30W.
BTW, what are they?
