Would bleach/water mixture hurt speaker finishes?

With the Covid-19 pandemic and news of the virus remaining alive on hard surfaces for several days to a few weeks, and having just purchased a pair of speakers, do you think a solution of bleach and water will hurt speaker finishes?

I realize it would all depend on the finishes. As long as the speakers aren't unfinished, porous wood, there shouldn't be any damage, right?

Curious as the alternative is to just let the speakers remain unused for a few weeks just in case to allow any viruses to die out on their own.

...Having just read my post it seems somewhat insensitive as there are thousands dying and struggling just to make it, but the bleach/water solution should be used on just about anything coming into our homes from the outside nowadays and just maybe in a roundabout way someone reading this post might decide to sanitize something they ordinarily might not have and save them or their family member from the virus.
