RE: Active crossover and active subs - question

It's not possibly problematic.....it is problematic. :)

Phase distortion is cumulative, and in this case you will create some sort of oddball integration that is far from ideal.
The preferable configuration with this situation would be to bypass the active crossover and feed the subwoofer a full-range signal, and then (hopefully) configure the low-pass of the subwoofer and high-pass of the main speakers in a symmetrical manner. Even then, you might not achieve an optimal integration.

And all this assumes your active crossover and/or subwoofer crossover are not DSP-based with associated latency. :)
