All they're hearing, of course, is the system they are playing it in which I bet is often a set of cheap computer speakers. But while you are correct it won't sink in and people will continue to listen to high end audio on el cheapo computers. I turn them off at once unless there is also an explanation of what the designer is trying to do and how he's doing it.
