RE: Lots to mention

Thanks for all the info. You mention some monitors I've never heard of so I'll do some research i to them.

At one point during the De Capo's stay in my home I drove them with the VTL Tiny Tots, along with cables often regarded in the upper echelons of our hobby. There's one song, A Son's Remembrance, by Pat Coil on his Steps CD. It's uncanny, but with that rig I could "feel" the collective breath the strings or orchestra takes right at the beginning of the song.

I should have stopped the journey right then and there because I have never had any other system that could recreate that feel.
