yeah im generally also pro simplicity. those EP x-overs are certainly there for a reason, and im sure that they can do good in some situations, probably with a steep learning curve and with lots of tweaking. on a gut level the plug-n-play spatials are much more attractive to me. i dont want to do lots of tweaking and the spatials are known to be room-friendly.

the fact that mr. shaw left a good position to work toward simplicity on his own - thats a good story behind the speakers.
