The system still sounds approximately excellent and better than I ever expected.. Of course, being an incorrigible audiofool, I can't leave well enough alone, so my plan is to buy soon a pair of PS Audio BHK 300 monoamps.. The Butlers will remain in the system, driving the two halves of the Revel C208 CC speaker and the eight surround and ceiling speakers.
Will be building four new amppads of two 3/4" layers of bamboo plywood.. These will be spiked to the concrete, with all the amps standing on Parts Connexion's spring-type isolators.
