Da He Hua,
I have not heard that the jumper plates for B&W speakers were inadequate. On some level it would be worth trying the B&W jumper plates and run a single pair of good quality cables.
But, if you would like reasonable quality for very, very, very little money, that will connect all four posts, consider trying:
Canare Star Quad 4-Conductor Speaker Cable 4 x 14 AWG : $1.16 /Ft
https://www.performanceaudio.com/item/canare-4s11-star-quad-speaker-cable-4-x-14-gauge/535/
Each wire has four 14-gauge conductors - two red, two white which would then connect in pairs to the four posts on the DM603's.
And add the appropriate end connectors. I am trying out B&W DM302's which are not bi-wired and I notice that the lugs are too large for standard spade connectors- they will instead use banana connectors at the speaker end and on my current test amplifier- a Yamaha A500 70W integrated- that was just around the house, the connectors are standard spades. So, verify the connections on each end.
I am looking for another amplifier and am thinking of an Adcom 535 II or a B&K ST140. These are the monitors for a Studiologic SL88 MIDI controller running of a Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 MIDI interface. And when I choose something I'll use the Canare to start. 'm also thinking of Yamaha HS8 powered studio monitors (those have 8" woofers to the DM302 6.5") in which case there are no speaker cables, only interconnects.
My main audio system (Audio Research SP10 / ARC D115 / Vandersteen 3A) uses Audioquest Rocket 88 speaker cables- which I recommend highly, but they are more in the line of about $80/ft. The AQ Type 4 cable is very good and I had very good luck with those in my solid state Audio Research system (LS3 / D130 /Vandersteen 2CE) but the Kimber 4TC was better. Biwiring though will require a double run, which is why I thought of the Canare with four conductors.
Depending on the connection to the preamp, you might consider adding an Adcom 535 II (70W) to run the tweeters and use the 555 for the mid/woofers and run 4X AQ Type 4.
Cheers,
Bambi B
