As long as you have those gold plated bridging straps connecting the two sets of inputs, you are in good shape. Some people prefer to remove those gold plated bridging straps and run two sets of speaker wires from their amplifier. Other people don't believe that's necessary. Personally, I don't think you'll hear a difference, but the only way to find out is to remove the bridging straps and connect a second set of speaker wires from your amplifier to the speakers.
