RE: Cheap and easy fix for woofer?

In years past I have had pretty good results repairing deteriorated surrounds with aliphatic resin (white Elmers glue) thinned with a little water and applied in light multiple coats. Having never used Weldbond or flowable silicone for this purpose I don't know how they might compare.
I dream of an America where a chicken can cross the road without having it's motives questioned.
