Removing woofer on Energy C4 speakers

General speaker questions for audio and home theater.

Can anyone help me on how I go about removing the woofers from The Energy C4 Connoisseur speakers? I don't see any screws securing it to the front baffle unless it's covered by the plastic ring. Could the plastic ring just be decorative? If so, how do I remove it. I was able to remove the crossover and tweeter. I also don't see any screws securing the woofer to the inside of the cabinet.
