great tip. i had no idea that they were still available.
the problem, of course, is that the woofers cost more than i have into the speakers. if they work out to make a great sounding pair of speakers that will be worth the total investment. but if not, i will basically eat the cost of the woofers.
i am inclined to try it.
if so, will report back.
