I would have thought they would beam like a laser and that they would have to be pointed directly at you for any ultra-high frequencies to have any impact.
But if several people noticed the effect in the same session, then that theory is out. So I really don't see how they do it.
I don't think manufacturers could sell these unless they had an effect. But how?
