Storm is a bit bigger, goes a bit deeper and costs a bit more.
I do not know about the other, or any other, sub as I have only owned Rel subs.
Had a 150e or 108e a few years ago and loved it in a smaller system. It was like a 12" cube and really filled out the sound from my proac monitors.
