Your methodology for a purchase is deeply flawed, imho, and guanantees a "crap-shoot" approach to system integration.
"Sonics before economics" should be your new mantra.
Sure, we all need to be price sensitive, but there are tons of options for you. However, you need to define your criteria and goals.
Then.....buy used...;-)
