Has some Vandersteen 2Ci's with Sound anchors for $500. It would be hard for any of the speakers you mention to compete with their performance at this price. I think the Outlaw receiver would work fine with them. Best part about the Vandersteen is that the better your equipment, the better they will sound. I lived with a pair for over 8 years and really like them a lot.
