I am going to have a meeting of my local audio club in January. My speakers are the "magic mod" TSM-Ms. Since all the rave lately has been digital amps, I think I will have a comparison of Neuforce Ref 8 and Channel Islands D-100. Both these amps are 100 WPC monoblocks. Since Merlin says max power is 120 WPC on their web page, does this mean I can not use/review the more powerful Ref 9 and D-200 amps, or just be careful not to over drive the merlins volume with the more powerful (200 wpc) amps?
