I bought B&W N804s and used them for two years before I wanted a nice pair of monitors to use once in a while for a change of pace. I bought a lightly used pair of Merlin TSM-Ms and Osiris stands for $1600 on Agon in January. I played two songs while seting them up, then got on my computer and listed the B&Ws for sale. The best feature of the B&Ws compared to the Merlins was their resale value.
