...took off the knobs and brass loc.ing nuts, unsc.ewed the 6 hex sc.ews but c.uldn't budge the aluminum bac.ing plate. Maybe the red and blac. c.rc.lar c.llars have to c.me off? If I happened to sc.atc. the speaker in any way during my "operation" I would be REALLY pissed.It's sort of annoying (like a burned out LED, for eg.) but sinc. it doesn't affec. sound, I'm leaving it alone.
Maybe someone else has some knowledge...
