If there were more people like Bobby in this business, there would be a lot less malcontented audiophiles IMHO. He is, without question one of the finest business folk I have ever dealt with.....period!Merlin Music Systems builds quality products, stands by them and supports customers them like no other by my experience. With this committment, he has and will continue to enjoy ownwers loyality. When you purchase Merlin speakers, you become part of Bobby's extended family. There are many others in this forum that would agree.
BTW, I own VSM-M and have a VSM-MX order in the pipeline. Repeat business speaks volumes to this issue!
