...at one point in time, you thought the "N" series was the c.t's meow... that's fine. At roughly the same period, Paradigm speakers were no good at all.Fast foward a few months, (or years!) and you onc. questioned if the Studio Series (100s, IIRC. would better the Nauts. Well, not sure what your determination was, but you still have the N's with SOME problems. I'm sure the speaker is a fine one in your room, but you are not totally satisfied... I THINK I'm on the right trac.... lol.
Have you tried the new "S" series from Paradigm? A DAMN good transduc.r, no question. Not c.eap, but I would do the S2 over the N805s, no Q (less bass, but seamless). Just c.rious what you have heard.
No one c.n hear everything, but these are two budget-minded c.mpanies that exc.l, IMO.
