I have a pair of Red Mahogany silver 5i's and have visited a few "High End" audio shops. There are many "High End" speakers that don't do what the 5i's can do, detail, dynamics, imaging and tight bass.
What can I say.. I think the silver 5i's lightly touch on the high end definition. It is amaizing that 5 1/4" woofers can acheive the dynamics and bass that they put out.
I have since picked up another pair of floorstanders and they do sound fuller and create a much larger soundstage with deeper bass but they cost alot more.
Still have the 5i's, can't bring myself to let them go.
