am I to understand that you are saying that adding a 'warmth curve' will make any music in any room sound like live music? If I take a live, unamplified trumpet, (which I have played for many years and can attest that the sound IS different directly from the front vs. the side/back) record it, and play it through this so-called 'warmth curve' - will make the sound more real than if I was standing there playing it live?C'mon - let's get the personal preference vs. 'realism' thing straight here....please attend a few more live concerts/performances before you rush to making absolute statements that all instruments sound the same from any position - that is a completely absurd assumption.
