U-1's or Diva's would surely be nice. Apogee Studio grands very nice also.
Thoughts of planar gets me thinking that maybe what this poster needs is a good pair of Maggies. Get MG3A's, slightly modifiy it, drive them with the Pass amp, and how could you have bad sound?
