Hi
In that case it was a Crown TEF 20 and earthworks measurement mic.
I use that or ARTA with a motu m2 interface for most crossover measurements. Sometimes i use the Klipple measurements at that stage too.
I hesitated to post that and like I said these are nice sounding speakers. That is a high resolution un-smoothed as in zero smoothing measurement.
People would not be happy if they saw this type of engineering data and yet, there it is and this is a NICE speaker. Picture, there are speakers when measured this way (without smoothing) show a + - 10dB or more variance.
Both speakers had the dip and thinking there was an issue, i did look on line for other actual measurements and they were very similar shape. Subjectively, you hear dips much less easily than peaks so the effect to me was that they had a nice airy flavor. The woofer and mid show now obvious phase shift between them and so they preserved time and produced voices nicely (not easy).
For the studio monitor job, it can't have that dip, in fact what response shape is a whole issue too as it depends on directivity and the room
