I've never heard any Wilsons, but the thing I notice most about them is how many of them are available on the used market, at least on Audiogon. It's Wilson, B&W (602's were my first speakers and I refuse to call them Bowers and Wilkins!) Focal, Revel and Sonus Faber most seemingly represented there. Expensive and turned over frequently. I almost never see any Avalons (my preferred speaker) available. Could never afford them new, that's for sure.
I'd love to try Sound Labs, but no f'en way would they fit in my room. I'm about to pose a question on Planar about Quads and whether they would be worth it in my small spot...
