Only in Audiophilialand are there "supertweeters".A driver which starts with a -3 dB point at 10 KHz is still a tweeter, and reproduces the audible upper overtones which are produced by some instruments.
Clearly, not everyone can hear those upper overtones, and even those who can are often not able to, due to listening conditions. But that's another topic.
There are some considerations with regard to driver size and the frequency range which they cover.
One is being able to follow the waveform. Another is directivity. Another is output level. Another is the intended use.
I have not heard the speaker product which you mentioned, nor have I read anything about what the target market is. Have you?
