RE: Always had an interest in horns

There are MUCH better horn speakers out there than Klipschorns.
My DIY system made with cheap parts (think LaScala on steroids, and active) IMO walk all over any Klipsch product (except maybe the Jubilee, which I haven't heard, hard to beat that huge K402 horn, but the fact it requires dSP is a let down) and that is not to mention the $$$ big boys (Onken, goto, ALE, and the vintage WE and Klangfilm).
A good horn system has the resolution and speed of ESL but adds dynamics and SPL.
