An aside on the DB preamp...got it used from DB Systems. Wanted one for decades, they're hard to find used, expensive new, lo and behold David Haddaway had one for sale, and his price was better than what most used units sell for on the rare occasions when they come up for sale.
Terrific, accurate sound. The phono stage is top notch.
Dual 1219 TT, the DB preamp, my old Hafler power amp, and the Frieds really match up well.
The blissful counterstroke-a considerable new message.
