I thought there was no output from the line because the lower impedance rise of a transmission line doesn't measure. That's like an aperiodic variovent or like the stuffed slot of a Dynaco A25 where the impedance rise is also gone and there is only pressure release but essentially no output. And 4 dB is almost nothing but I agree it is something and I'll have to take SEAS and D'Appolito on that.
