if I remember correctly, Ralph Gonzalez when writing of his LMP program in Speaker Builder Magazine many years ago used a Seas woofer without any xover - don't think there was any in my Daynco A35 which had an internal partition with foam-damped slot to form the aperiodic box - can't visuzalize the SB tweeter's hi-pass - probably 2nd order electric ~3kHz - Dyna used a tiny high dcr coil to lower cost and shape response -A35 were very musical with Eico ST-70, etc.
