Thanx for the great info! Am I correct in assuming that these EIA numbers can be used to determine dates on old mullard tubes as well?

I can stick a multi meter on this speaker to determine exact resistance, but how do I determine wattage? Also, there appears to be no markings on the terminals to determine + or - . Any easy way for me to figure this out?
