I owned an M3 for a few months back in 1969; paid Cdn$350, slightly used. I decided I really needed an SLR, so traded it in on a Nikon F. Many times over the years I regretted that.A new MP would be as good I supposed, but at roughly Cdn$4000 with only an F/2 50mm Summicron, I won't be getting one.
