I have only heard the Spatial fairly briefly at a show - they impressed but before I would want to make serious comparisons - well I would have to get a much longer audition with the Spatial - my gut says I would take the M3 over the AX Two, AZ Two, and KEF LS-50
But the M3 is considerably more expensive. It's somewhat tough to fairly compare a standmount to the much bigger open baffles because if your room is bigger the bigger speaker (Spatial) will likely sound better. If space is tight then the AX Two or AN K are good choices as they can go right up against the wall 1cm away. Open baffles need a pile of space like panels. So plenty of things to consider not just the sound.
