I listened to the Lsi9 model in a substandard store setup, though using a Sony C555ES SACD player (and switched back and forth between an Onkyo int. amp and Parasound separates -- changed the source to some Sony Hard drive unit also (MP3-like quality I believe)). This store only had the 7 and 9 models.They put out some serious mids and low end - wow! Had to make sure no subwoofer inadvertantly turned on! They were not broken in (less than 12 hours on 'em) -- but still were pretty impressive. I might just get a pair of the 9s, though I am seriously thinking of getting the Lsi15s sight unseen.
