If only one midrange and one tweeter were playing but both woofers are, you can't fault your amp. Some of the older Polk models used an inter-connecting cable from the left to the right speaker. Are these a SDA type polk speaker? If not, return them......you have a speaker problem. If so, you need the cable. Either way, ask your dealer.
