I became un-easy when I saw a long term key distributor to the American market and then smaller Audio companies within the US starting to drop the KHARMA products. As a consumer I take into consideration not only the stability of the company but of the distributor(s) and the shop(s) that carry their products and provide warranty service. When I write the check I want to feel as though I am not only buying a product but all the ancillary services as well. When I see business relationships severed, for whatever reason, I start to consider how this could affect my purchase down the line! I quess I am somewhat of a cautious buyer.Mac
