One thing I would like to know is why did the VR4jrs shoot up from 4k to 5.5k in 1 year,and it has the same drivers as the VR1 & VR2 and nothing has been upgraded on this speaker for this substantial price increase.......still made in China with cheap ingredients.Albert Von Schweikert, IMO, is as much a serial exaggerator and showman as he is a speaker designer and a lot of the claims made about the speakers are really over the top.
VS has had an interesting past and Delivery times for their upper end models have been very long.
I think people were able to get their Bentleys faster than VS speakers. To me, this sounds like money trouble again.
