You do not have to know much about speaker design to hear/see the major interaction problem the 2 tweeters have with each other (actually 3 including the back one). At close range RTA can tell you a lot. It certainly confirms cancellation issues between the tweeters. The power response (dispersion pattern) on these tweeters is so different that they will never compliment each other. And what is the deal with the “ambient tweeter� How about some running lights on the front as well? I am also at lost regarding the use of a $30 Audax midrange driver in his speakers. I mean it is an OK driver for $1500 speakers but what is it doing on his expensive models? All in all, if it looks like a duck and it sound like a duck; it must be a duck.
