Please advise, 400USD speakers with good bass

I love listen jazz fussion, some music of this genre need deep and rounded bass speaker.

I have 400USD (around 275 GBP) budget for speakers, please suggest me speaker that can be matched with my music.

Do I need floorstand to get deep/rounded bass? Or Are there any Bookshelf with good bass in 400USD range price?

Of course I will test/audition the nomination..:)
