From Stereo Review's 1981 Stereo Directory & Buying Guide, the quoted sensitivity is "93dB at 2 meters on axis in free space".My pair sounded best with the old Quicksilver 8417 monos.
These are not speakers that will play loud.Feed too much juice and zzzzzttt...the sound of arcing.
As another poster said the key is getting to know their limits in your room.
