It is unlikely you will find a SET with a phono stage on board but you can always purchase an ifi Zen Phono stage https://ifi-audio.com/products/zen-phono/ for under $200.
The Line Magnetic 845IA gets good reports and has a remote and offers 22 watts per channel. It's one of the best makers out of China.
