It is a bit confusing as the original Cornwall ii was the the same driver compliment and crossover as the first version Cornwall, except the two horns were mounted vertically and mirror imaged. Those are what you have. The reason they were in the line at the same time as the original Cornwall is that they were meant to be sited on their sides with the horns at the top.There is a second speaker, also called Cornwall ii that uses different drivers to the first version, and the horns are mounted horizontally as on version 1. There were a pair of those vertical Cornwalls for sale here in Portland recently. Below, there is a link so that you can see what I am talking about.
I see that you have cross posted to Audiogon. They are not special and were a regular part of the line, just somewhat less common. Please don't tell your idiot buddies there the answer.
